【Important Notice Regarding “Dangerous Goods Labels” and “Marks” on Postal Items】(June 10, 2026)
If the outer packaging of an international postal item displays any “dangerous goods labels” or “marks,” the item cannot be accepted for international mail (airmail or surface mail), even if the contents themselves are not classified as dangerous goods.
This is because it is not possible to determine from the exterior whether dangerous goods are included.
If such labels or marks are present on the outer packaging, please ensure that they are completely removed or obscured before sending the item.

【Notice of Changes to Certain Functions】(May 26,2026)
　Effective Monday, June 1, 2026, due to amendments to the “Regulations of the Universal Postal Convention,”
　some functions of the International Mail My-page Service will be updated.
　【Details of the changes】
　1、Renaming International ePacket Light and expanding the range of applicable countries and regions
　2、Revising customs declaration forms (CN22/CN23)
　3、Sending “merchandise or commercial goods” as “Printed Matter” category

【Resumption of Acceptance of Mail Addressed to the United States】(April 14, 2026)
　Since August 27, 2025, we temporarily suspended acceptance of mail addressed to the United States
　(excluding documents and gifts exchanged between individuals valued at 100 US dollars or less).
　As of April 14, 2026, we have resumed acceptance of all mail addressed to the United States.
