【Delay of mail delivery to the Middle East】 (August 1, 2025)
This is an update of our previous notification on July 11, 2025, regarding delay and suspension of mail delivery to the Middle East.
We are pleased to inform you that we have resumed acceptance of international mail items to Iran. 
However, please kindly understand that delays will be expected in the delivery of mail sent to the affected countries, due to the continued reduction of flights in the Middle East.
We would therefore appreciate your kind understanding of this situation.

Registered small packets and registered items for the blind containing goods will be terminated as of December 31, 2025. After termination, please use services such as International ePacket Light.

If you wish to include an overseas address in the sender's address field, please enter the address of your stay in Japan, print the label, then cross out that address with a double line and write the overseas address by hand.
