Effective November 1, 2026, Product Identifier Codes (PIDs) must be provided for each item contained in B2C (e-commerce) shipments to the EU with a total item value of EUR 150 or less.
For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, please confirm the applicable destination country/region and submit the PID information through the Zonos application or other tools provided by Zonos, our recommended and authorized service provider.
For DAP (Delivered At Place) shipments, the Zonos application does not support this payment method. Therefore, you may mail your shipment using a label created through the International Mail My Page Service without submitting PID information.

From October 1, 2026, when using the IOSS scheme for mail items addressed to destinations within the EU, the available customs and tax payment methods will differ depending on the destination country or territory. Please note that there are also countries and territories where mail items using the IOSS scheme cannot be accepted.

　③ Countries and territories where only DAP is available

If you wish to send an item using DDP, please do not use the International Mail My Page Service. Instead, use the application or other services provided by our recommended business partner (Zonos) to submit import declaration data, prepay customs duties and taxes, and create the shipping label.

As of October 15, 2026, Japan Post resumed acceptance of mail items destined for the United States at virtually all post offices following the expansion of the scope of mail items subject to advance electronic data submission by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
However, CBP has subsequently notified us that, for “Documents” and “Gifts exchanged between private individuals valued at USD 100 or less”, advance electronic data submission will be optional until January 19, 2027. The changes resulting from this notification are outlined below. .

If the outer packaging of an international postal item displays any “dangerous goods labels” or “marks,” the item cannot be accepted for international mail (airmail or surface mail), even if the contents themselves are not classified as dangerous goods.
This is because it is not possible to determine from the exterior whether dangerous goods are included.
If such labels or marks are present on the outer packaging, please ensure that they are completely removed or obscured before sending the item.

Due to the specifications of the International Mail My-page Service for Yu-pri Touch (Smartphone version), when a shipping label is created through this service for items addressed to Bulgaria or Finland, issues may arise during procedures at local customs authorities, and cases of mail delays or returns have been confirmed.
